Tobacco user includes any person who has regularly used tobacco products (cigarettes, pipe, cigar, snuff, or chewing tobacco) within the last 6 months. Regular use means an average of four or more times per week, excluding tobacco use for religious or ceremonial purpose.
Note: Tobacco use does not apply to applicants under the age of 18.
